Coaching Power Hour

A one-off, one-hour session in which we tackle the single issue that's causing you the most trouble in your working life. This option works particularly well for clients who are short on time, or need results fast. It's intensive, and requires full commitment from you to prepare well, answer all questions honestly, and respond positively to challenge.

We'll start with a 25-minute discovery call, in which you explain the issue in detail, and I establish its suitability for the Power Hour approach. Once we've agreed to work together, we'll book a time for our session and I'll send you a set of exercises to prepare in advance. In our one-hour session we'll go deep into the issue, unpicking the root causes and devising a plan of action that will get you results, fast.

This type of coaching is particularly helpful if you have limited time and you're:

  • Prepping for a job interview

  • Building up to a big presentation that's stressing you out

  • Unsure about how to have a difficult conversation at work

  • Trying to make a decision about a promotion or career change

  • Preparing to negotiate a part-time or flexible return to work from parental leave

I'll always recommend a course of coaching sessions as the ideal for any client: there's a limit to what can be done in an hour, and the real magic of coaching occurs when you are deeply known and understood by your coach. The Power Hour isn't an alternative to the deep work of coaching, but it can catalyse progress and change when you have limited time and a lot of determination.
