My productivity, prioritisation and boundary-setting techniques set the stage for great work to be done without risking burnout.
Well and Good Coaching underpins your goals, providing dedicated, one-on-one coaching support that leads to:
Crystal clarity on what your goals are and how to achieve them.
Improved productivity, even on those uninspiring but necessary tasks.
Meaningful progress on those lingering issues that seem unresolvable.
Higher confidence at work, even in areas that have always felt like a struggle.
An internal commitment to your health and wellbeing that will protect you from the risk of stress and burnout.
Strongly set boundaries: knowing with certainty when and how to say ‘no’ to the wrong things, in order to say ‘yes’ to the right ones.
Substantially improved wellbeing at work. Feeling happier, more confident, and better able to do a consistently good job while taking excellent care of yourself, first.
Testimonials
"Professional and knowledgeable, caring and empowering… all the things I needed to help me overcome the hurdles"
"Since starting my course of coaching sessions I have achieved goals such as a promotion at work, graduating from my course and passing my driving test, amongst more success stories in my relationships with others and myself.
I have improved upon my assertiveness and ability to assess my own working capacity, push back and ask for support and clarification if needed. I now recognise boundaries and put measures in place to protect my own time, and I have seen positive outcomes from having a better work-life balance.
Helen is a great listener and made me feel comfortable enough to be open and honest, whilst creating the space for me to think through my issues and reach decisions. Helen has a positive mindset and the practical techniques she offered were beneficial in providing structure and reassurance. The best thing about coaching was having somebody listen to you in a meaningful way, free from judgement or expectation, ready to help you process thoughts and feelings. Coaching is a great way to get out of your own head.
I really liked that Helen shared theory and models, giving me the chance to take a deeper dive in my own time. It was a very supportive and productive experience. I would highly recommend Helen as a coach; she is a natural! Her approachable nature provides the perfect environment for personal development. She is professional and knowledgeable, caring and empowering…all the things I needed to help me overcome the hurdles."
