With the support of career coaching, you can harness that fear, convert it to energy, and make the big, juicy choices that will lead you to that all-important next step.

Throughout my career I've applied for and gotten jobs that were a big stretch for me. I've been promoted multiple times, and I've interviewed candidates for a wide range of jobs, from entry-level assistant roles to heads of department. I understand how to navigate the world of work, and can help you to do the same.
