Hello, I'm Helen Didymus-True: a coach who supports professionals in the not-for-profit and public sectors to thrive, make a difference, and succeed at work. I specialise in tools, techniques and practical changes we can all make so that we can do the work we care so deeply about, without compromising our health.
My mission is to help you to make the most of your passion and commitment, while maintaining excellent personal wellbeing. I'll help you to understand yourself at work, determine your personal goals, and work towards them with focus and commitment from you, and unconditional support and challenge from me.
Coaching that centres wellbeing, prevents burnout, and gets results
Coaching is all about growth: establishing what you need to get done at work and how you want to feel while doing it, and getting there quicker than you could alone. I will listen to you with complete attention, work to understand what matters to you, and get to the bottom of what's difficult, and what's getting in the way. I will work with you to establish your goals at work, and to achieve them without compromising your wellbeing. I believe that an atmosphere of growth is necessary for all human beings to feel good about life, and I will collaborate with you to create that atmosphere, and to help you to make the progress you want to make, while staying well.

In our 25 minute chemistry section, you tell me the single, work-related issue you need to tackle. We schedule a one-hour coaching session, I send you a set of exercises to complete in advance, then we spend one hour going hard at that sticky issue. This option works well if you have limited time or budget, and are prepared to work hard and receive a lot of challenge over the course of one hour.
